Job Role: Pay Per Click Manager (Digital Marketing)

Reporting to: VP Sales & Marketing

The Role You’ll Play as Pay Per Click Manager…

This person will be responsible for all paid media in the NAM and support our rapid expansion plans in North America. We lead the way in developing award-winning People Operations, Learning and Talent Management solutions for global brands including Aston Martin, Nestle, McDonald’s, Morrisons, Barclays and many more.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team to support the next stage of growth in the North America. This is an ideal opportunity for an Pay Per Click expert to manage multiple ad accounts in-house. The appointed candidate should be someone who’s passionate about Pay Per Click, strives for success and wants to be part of a high-performing team.

What You’ll Do…

  • Manage Audit the current site and create an improvement plan
  • Manage onsite and offsite optimisation with expertise in Google Ads
  • Run and implement keyword research
  • Work with the content team to create a content/SEO strategy
  • Provide insights into the business, highlighting areas for improvement, expansion, and continued success
  • Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to create an SEO strategy for the new website
  • Highlights opportunities for the new website
  • Work with an external agency to ensure the new website is being built to best SEO practices

What We’re Looking For…

  • Current knowledge of PPC practices and techniques is essential to this role.
  • A result-orientated, self-motivated, and strategic individual who is dedicated to process improvements.
  • Confidence in managing technical aspects of PPC and paid media platforms used to generate, distribute, and report on leads.
  • An analytical and perceptive professional who is a skilled communicator and able to collaborate with various teams.

 

You’ll be Successful If You Have…

  • Hands-on experience managing large PPC accounts
  • Plan, develop and execute a successful PPC and paid media strategy
  • Be the in-house expert for all platforms; Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram
  • Ideally paid experience in the HR Tech space – Capterra, Software Advice, People Managing People
  • Create engaging ads to promote Sapling products and generate leads
  • Working knowledge of Google machine learning elements
  • Good experience with Google Analytics and Data Studio
  • Knowledge of landing page optimisation to improve conversions
  • Ability to contextualise data and communicate results
  • Knowledge of social media and SEO to enable you to work with the wider team to optimise campaigns
