Job Title: Sales Enablement Manager
The Role:
We are looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to join our growing Sales team. This full-time position is remote and will be responsible for sales and product training to our Sales team, including new hires, continuing education and product launch training programmes.
Key Objectives and Responsibilities:
To ensure all team members in the Sales & Marketing team have a consistent product knowledge and demo capability – across all products
- Each team member has completed product demo certification within 3-months
- Every team member completes and passes a re-certification quarterly refresher
Key Activities:
- All new hires have a digital, in-person and repeatable learning experience for all products and product demos
- Ensure a quarterly re-certification
- Build all new product release training and certification by bridging the gap between Sales & Product Marketing/Product
To improve time to productivity for new hires and promotions
- Reduce new hire and new promotion time to productivity to 3-months across all products
- To achieve an average eNPS for new hire training of 9+
Key Activities:
- Create a consistent, repeatable rollout model that is user-focused to deliver the onboarding and continued upskilling of the Sales & Marketing team
- Standardise an end-to-end training program for new hires and promotions on all products, product demos and sales processes that fits within a 3-month certification
- Create an objective measurement practice that allows identification of time to productivity for new hires, ongoing review of capability and upskilling around new processes
To create and manage sales content
- Drive 100% adoption of Seismic (Sales Enablement Platform) across the Sales team
- Increase the number of sales ready assets by 10% each quarter
- Key Activities:
- Work with the Sales team to identify their content needs
- Review, update and create content each quarter that helps the Sales team educate prospects and close deals
- Create and deliver training on how to use sales content effectively
Required Skills, Experience and Behaviours:
- Previous background in training individuals to deliver SaaS product demos
- Ideally experience of operating in a SaaS environment
- A commercially minded, resilient, and persistent personality
- Someone who is focused on continuous personal and professional development with a growth mindset
- Background in executing detailed product presentations and web demonstrations of B2B software capabilities to C-level executives, directors, and managers with the ability to coach and teach others to do the same
- Previous Sales Enablement is desirable
- Experience of using Seismic or other relevant systems is desirable
