Job Role: Implementation Services Consultant

Reporting to: Service Delivery Team Lead

This position is being offered as a fully remote role based in North America

Description

Working in the Service Delivery team reporting to the Service Delivery team lead, this role is responsible for delivering implementation services for our clients covering the Kallidus suite of products. 

The ability to develop trusted-advisor relationships with our clients is essential, as is providing expert advice that supports key business decisions helping the development of our clients overall strategy and accelerating the adoption of best practice.

Kallidus is a fast-paced environment, so the successful candidate will need to be comfortable delivering multiple projects for our clients’ simultaneously within a complex and demanding environment.

This role will ideally require previous experience in of implementing HR/Learning/Performance platforms to a high standard. 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Understand, interpret and document client requirements for all product implementations.
  • Manage and deliver remote implementations from sales handover through to support handover.
  • Create and maintain appropriate project documentation including dashboard, project plan and change control documents.
  • Understand client change requirement discussions and creation of client change requests and project brief documentation to Kallidus standards.
  • Maintain Product knowledge and use expertise to provide best practice and strategic advice to clients to drive consistent improvement to their processes and programmes.
  • Work closely with the support and development teams to avoid, mitigate or resolve project risk/issues.
  • Be prepared to “challenge” client requirements in order to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to, understand and where relevant help improve, all relevant Kallidus ISO processes and project documentation.
  • Track and understand the market Technologies and keep abreast of industry trends.
  • Work closely with other internal teams to advance the Kallidus Suite.
  • Create and maintain professional client relationships.
  • Build knowledge of and champion the Kallidus Suite, supporting colleagues as required.
  • Understand and demonstrate the Kallidus company values with colleagues and client.
  • Support other team members in completion of implementation tasks.

Additional Responsibilities

  • In conjunction with the other consultants, maintain appropriate project documentation including dashboard, RAID logs and change control documentation.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 2 years’ experience with eLearning and Learning Technology solutions within an L&D environment
  • Demonstrable and successful track record in delivering technology and consultancy services projects, with experience of supporting clients in a Service Delivery role
  • Ideally LMS experience gained within a LMS Administration or delivery role
