Job title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Bespoke eLearning
Reporting to: Bespoke Sales Manager

Role overview:

We’re looking for a driven, experienced, and commercially sharp Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our award-winning Bespoke Content division. With a strong track record in the bespoke eLearning space, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our reach with enterprise clients and generating real business impact through high-value digital learning solutions.

Role purpose:

As an experienced Bespoke eLearning SDR, your primary goal is to generate high-quality new business opportunities for our tailored digital learning solutions. You will seek out and engage senior decision-makers across industries, uncover their challenges, and open the door to strategic discovery sessions with our Account Executives.

You will have the freedom to shape your outreach in a way that works, supported by a trusted brand, strong marketing foundations, and a portfolio of award-winning work. Success will be measured by the value and quality of opportunities you create, not by volume alone.

You will become a true expert in our solutions and the go-to first point of contact for prospective clients. Your ability to build credibility early, guide complex buying journeys, and spark meaningful commercial interest will be critical to our continued growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Proactively research and identify high-potential target accounts within core sectors.
  • Use a tailored, multichannel outreach strategy (phone, email, LinkedIn, video) to connect with key stakeholders.
  • Craft engaging, insight-led messaging that sparks meaningful dialogue and showcases relevance to their goals.
  • Qualify prospects and book discovery sessions that contribute to strategic, long-term opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to support complex sales cycles and align outreach to deal strategy.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce to ensure pipeline visibility and momentum.
  • Nurture early-stage and longer-term leads through consistent, value-driven engagement.
  • Work closely with marketing and subject matter experts to deliver a cohesive and high-quality buyer experience.
  • Represent Kallidus with credibility and professionalism, building trust from the very first interaction.

Required skills & experience:

  • At least 2 years’ success in a Sales or Business Development role within bespoke eLearning, digital content, or learning services.
  • A consultative, client-first approach with the credibility to engage senior decision-makers.
  • Proven track record of generating high-quality, qualified opportunities in a target-driven environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the instinct to identify challenges, qualify effectively, and shape valuable conversations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, clear, confident, and persuasive.
  • Comfortable managing high outbound activity while maintaining a tailored, insight-led approach.
  • Highly organised and self-motivated, with the discipline to manage your pipeline and the drive to deliver results.
  • Confident using Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other prospecting tools.
  • Collaborative mindset with a commitment to team success and a high-performance culture.
