The Job
We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who’s deeply aligned to revenue and confident driving impact across new business and customer growth. Sitting at the centre of our revenue engine, you’ll work closely with Sales, CS, Product Marketing and Ops to orchestrate and execute campaigns that convert, accelerate deals, and support customer expansion.
You’ll have a strong understanding of how our customers make decisions and you’ll be confident turning strategy into action, running integrated campaigns, managing events, and owning execution across the full lifecycle. You’ll be comfortable working in Salesforce and HubSpot, close to revenue numbers, and accountable for delivering outcomes and ARR contribution.
You’ll lead campaign delivery, support demand and customer growth programmes, and collaborate with revenue teams to ensure everything you run has clear commercial impact.
Your responsibilities
- Strategy
- Build a deep understanding of key segments and customer needs, shaping marketing strategies aligned to Kallidus’s broader growth objectives.
- Partner with Product Marketing to translate positioning, segmentation, and customer insight into effective campaign approaches.
- Feed customer and prospect intelligence (pain points, blockers, patterns) into cross-functional teams to inform GTM, messaging, and product priorities.
- Adapt messaging for different personas and lifecycle stages across both prospects and customers.
- Integrated Campaign & Programme Delivery
- Design and execute integrated programmes combining targeted account engagement with scalable demand generation.
- Lead multi-channel execution across digital, nurture, paid media, content, and events, partnering with specialists where needed.
- Ensure alignment between inbound and outbound motions through close collaboration with Sales, SDRs and CS.
- Develop proof points such as case studies, customer stories and value-based assets that support both acquisition and expansion.
- Continuously test, learn and optimise campaigns to improve conversion, velocity, and commercial ROI.
- Events & Activation
- Own the planning and delivery of key events, including industry events, customer sessions, webinars and small-format executive experiences.
- Ensure events support measurable pipeline creation, accelerate and/or expand ARR.
- Lead event promotion, logistics, attendee engagement, and follow-up in partnership with Sales and CS.
- Commercial Performance & Measurement
- Own ARR and pipeline contribution targets.
- Establish KPIs across pipeline contribution, campaign impact and channel or account performance.
- Use Salesforce confidently to track performance, understand pipeline movement and provide visibility to Sales and CS.
- Partner with MOps & RevOps to analyse results and optimise continuously.
- Maintain strong accountability for revenue impact and contribution to quarterly goals.
Your Skills & Knowledge
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to run integrated, commercially focused marketing programmes across acquisition and customer growth.
- Familiarity with ABM principles, segmentation, buyer journeys and demand generation frameworks.
- Strong Salesforce capability and confidence working closely with revenue teams.
- Excellent communication, messaging and storytelling skills.
- A proactive, organised approach and the ability to execute end-to-end programmes with precision.
