Reporting to: VP Of Marketing

At Kallidus, we’re on a mission to help organisations build people-first cultures through learning, performance, and talent solutions. Our award-winning suite empowers organisations to attract, develop, and retain the best talent — combining data, learning, and behavioural insights into one seamless platform. The goal to link Employee performance to business outcomes.

We are a technology company, not just a company that "does technology". Our software is used by millions of people every day. We build it ourselves, we own it entirely, and the people who lead that work have real influence over how it evolves. Come build, grow and make a difference!🚀

The Role:

We’re looking for a Web & Growth Engineer to own and evolve our website as a core part of our revenue engine.

You’ll sit at the intersection of engineering and growth - building, testing and improving the website to support demand generation, conversion, and pipeline creation.

You’ll also use AI to accelerate how we build, experiment and optimise, helping the team move faster and make better decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Website performance & development

  • Own and maintain our WordPress site
  • Build and improve pages, templates and user journeys
  • Ensure strong performance (speed, reliability, accessibility)
  • Create reusable components to support faster campaign launches
  • Reduce reliance on external development

Conversion & growth optimisation

  • Improve conversion across key journeys (e.g. demo requests, content downloads)
  • Build and launch landing pages at pace to support campaigns
  • Run A/B tests and experiments to improve performance
  • Optimise forms, CTAs and user flows
  • Work closely with Growth, Paid and Content to improve channel efficiency

Analytics, data & insight

  • Own website tracking and analytics
  • Ensure accurate data flows into HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Monitor user behaviour and identify drop-offs across the funnel
  • Translate data into clear insights and actions for the team

AI-enabled experimentation & workflows

  • Use AI tools to accelerate development, testing and optimisation
  • Support AI-driven approaches to CRO (e.g. content variation, personalisation, experimentation)
  • Help embed AI into marketing workflows (e.g. landing page creation, testing, analysis)
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve speed

Technical SEO & discoverability

  • Own technical SEO and site structure
  • Support evolving SEO / AEO (AI search) strategy
  • Ensure the site is optimised for both traditional search and AI-driven discovery

Required Skills, Experience and Behaviours

  • Strong WordPress development experience
  • Solid front-end skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Experience with analytics, tracking and experimentation
  • Understanding of SEO and website performance
  • A love of AI

More importantly:

  • You think about how websites drive growth, not just how they’re built
  • You’re comfortable using AI tools to improve how you work
  • You test, learn and iterate quickly
  • You take ownership and solve problems end-to-end
  • You can work closely with marketing and revenue teams
