The Role:

Theβ€―People Operations Administrator is a new role for the established People team in a business that has achieved an eNPS of 51. Kallidus is aiming to become our own case study of continuous development and performance and will do this by working to enhance the skills and improving the performance of our people while supporting and encouraging their career growth and aspirations.

You will have some experience in a similar role. This position serves as the operational backbone to the People Team, working across HR and L&D, focussing on high-volume transactional tasks, data integrity, support and compliance. You will be heavily focussed on maintaining our systems which include our HRIS, LMS, ATS, benefits and performance systems. Your day will be split between technical system management and employee-facing support.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Onboarding and Offboarding employees: Managing the logistics of remote onboarding/offboarding, processing of paperwork, background checks/1-9 verification, probationary periods.
  • HRIS Management and Records: Acting as custodian of employee data, conducting regular audits to ensure data accuracy. Ensuring data across our systems is kept up to date, collating updates for payroll, acting as first point of contact for employees around benefits enrolment, leave and policy.
  • Recruitment Support: Assisting with RTW, scheduling interviews, organising psychometric and job-related tests.
  • L&D Support: Track and report on compliance, skills and CPD levels. Administer Insights profiling for new starters, organise training events and set up new courses and manage groups and events on LMS.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensuring compliance with GDPR, ISO and SOC2 standards, prepare HR reports such as headcount, turnover rates, leave and sickness rates. Track progress and provide reporting for performance reviews and objective setting.
  • HR Support and Ticketing: Act as first line support, triaging tickets and tracking completion.

 

Required Skills, Experience and Behaviours

  • Ability to grasp and learn systems, processes and concepts quickly.
  • Customer service mindset.
  • High attention to detail and proficient at prioritisation of tasks.
  • Ability to work with discretion and professionalism.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly self-motivated team player.

 

Desirable

  • Working towards a CIPD or equivalent qualification.
  • Some experience of, or an awareness of HR practices and have worked in an HR team previously.
