At Kallidus, we’re on a mission to help organisations build people-first cultures through learning, performance, and talent solutions. Our award-winning suite empowers organisations to attract, develop, and retain the best talent — combining data, learning, and behavioural insights into one seamless platform. The goal to link Employee performance to business outcomes.
We are a technology company, not just a company that "does technology". Our software is used by millions of people every day. We build it ourselves, we own it entirely, and the people who lead that work have real influence over how it evolves. Come build, grow and make a difference!🚀
The Role:
We’re looking for an organised, proactive and energetic Event Manager to join the Kallidus Marketing team and take ownership of events across the business.
At Kallidus, events are a huge part of how we bring our brand to life. From major industry exhibitions and executive dinners to customer events, webinars and internal kick-offs, this role is responsible for delivering engaging, high-quality experiences that people genuinely remember.
If you saw our stand at Learning Technologies this year, you’ll know the type of work we’re talking about. We brought “The Activity Trap” to life through an immersive, high-energy experience that became one of the standout activations at the show. That’s the level of creativity, organisation and attention to detail we’re looking to continue building on.
This is a hands-on role where no two weeks look the same. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to coordinate multiple moving parts, manage suppliers and venues, and ensure every event runs smoothly from planning through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and delivering a range of events including exhibitions, customer events, webinars, executive dinners and internal events
- Managing logistics including venues, suppliers, catering, travel, registration and onsite coordination
- Creating and managing timelines, trackers and budgets to keep delivery on track
- Coordinating with internal teams, speakers, partners and suppliers throughout the planning process
- Supporting exhibition stand planning, branded materials and attendee experience
- Helping create engaging, well-run experiences that reflect the Kallidus brand
- Supporting post-event follow-up and continuous improvement across future events
Required Skills, Experience and Behaviours
- Experience planning and delivering events within a B2B or corporate environment
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive approach with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once
- Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and making things happen
- Flexibility to travel regularly across the UK for events
